Our grass-fed Black Angus and Heritage Beef are raised on managed pastures and hay, producing lean, healthy meat. Grass-fed beef has the advantages of being richer in flavor, higher in Omega-3 fatty acids and higher in poly-unsaturated fats. It also greatly reduces the risk of BSE (mad cow disease) and E. coli more likely in conventional feed lot beef. Currently 25 million pounds of antibiotics are used in the U.S. livestock industry on an annual basis. We are happy to say that we use absolutely none.
